We have hosted thousands of events, have millions of users in our system, and have helped employers modernize their recruitment programs.   Our clients include some of the largest Fortune 100 companies, universities, government agencies, non-profits, SMB's and even small "mom & pop" shops.

CEO - Orville C. Lynch, Jr.

Mr. Lynch, a member of the legendary two-time Ohio Civil Rights Hall of Fame Award winning Lynch Family.  

Mr. Lynch is a nationally recognized urban media executive with over 20+ years of diversity recruitment  and serial entrepreneur with numerous multi-million dollar exits.

Co-Founder - David Douglas

Mr Douglass is a 20+ year advertising and sales professional with extensive experience managing multiple national and regional advertising agencies and broadcast media organizations.

CTO - Kevin Hiser

Kevin has over 25+ years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and technology development.  

He is also an entrepreneur and startup advisor who has played critical roles in the launch of over 65+ tech startup ventures.  (Some reaching successful exits.)
